Aytaç a Turkish national has over 11 years experience in the real estate sector in Turkey having first entered the property market in 1994. Aytaç started his career studying a Science Degree in Marine Biology. He then pursued a career in business management, accountancy, IT and hospitality.
Having 11 years exposure to the Turkish real estate market Aytaç has extensive first hand experience in the Turkish real estate market. He has successfully completed the Turkish Real Estate qualifications and is fully qualified to advise our customers.
Aytaç's main functions for “Melisay Real Estate” includes the sourcing of properties for sale, new builds, property development opportunities and customer liaison. He has a number of well established relationships within the Turkish building and construction industry allowing our customers to obtain access to opportunities at an early stage which is often on quite favourable terms. Aytaç will also project manage the building of your dream home. Having all the required contacts he will ensure it proceeds smoothly giving you peace of mind. Aytaç is fluent in both Turkish and English.

Melissa an Irish and Australian citizen currently residing in the UK travels frequently between London and Turkey.
With over 15 years financial and business experience Melissa has expertise in business and operational management, property investment and development, investing in private companies in the UK and Europe, accountancy, funds management and corporate treasury.
Melissa commenced her career with Coopers & Lybrand where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia. She then completed a graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. Over the last five years Melissa has been investing in private companies and real estate. Melissa worked as an Investment Executive within a mid market private equity fund investing in private companies across UK and Europe. During the last five years Melissa has been investing in real estate and project managing property development in the UK and Turkey leading to the creation of “Melisay Real Estate” in partnership with Aytaç.
Melissa's main functions for Melisay Real Estate are business administration and finance, project management, property development, interior design and customer liaison for enquiries regarding purchasing property and holiday rental enquiries.

We can also project manage the build for you ensuring you have peace of mind. Should we not have the land you desire on our portfolio at that time we can source it for you.

When we have found the perfect property choice for you we will assist you in every step of the process.
We will arrange and accompany you to the solicitors office where the sales contract will be drawn up and the necessary legal checks performed.
Retaining a lawyer is not required by law however to ensure you receive good legal we can put you in contact with reputable law firms in Turkey.
We can arrange translators to assist during the sales process.
We will provide you with an outline of the sale process and payment plan.
Once authorised we will arrange with you the release of the title deeds and for the new title deeds in your name to be registered with the local council office.
