Villa Naz are luxurious self-catering modern apartments set in an ambiance offering true Turkish charm.

The stunning apartments are located just 33 metres from Bitez beachfront. Villa Naz’s offers spacious 1 bedroom apartments (60 m²) sleeping a maximum of 4 people with the use of a sofa bed and extra bed if requested. The apartments have a large balcony with outdoor dining facilities. You have a choice of either ground floor or first floor apartments. There is a gorgeous swimming pool with a separate children’s pool along and a large garden area including hammocks and sun lounging facilities.

There is a pool side snack bar, car park and reception facilities. The Villa Naz apartments offer luxury accommodation in a friendly atmosphere and are close to all facilities and restaurants. A home away from home.
 

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Last minute⁄late bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking.  A refundable damage deposit of £250 is also required.  Changeover day is flexible.  Please contact us should you wish to organise day trips⁄tourist attractions as we can put you in contact with a local travel company that offers our guests discount rates.  The property is suitable for all ages including children.  No animals allowed.

There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen catering for 4 people.  Includes microwave, toaster, kettle, stove top, fridge, saucepans and general cooking equipment.

Living Room and dining room:
Open plan lounge and dining area.  The lounge room has cable TV and has been decorated to a high standard.  The living room leads on to a large balcony.  There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen along with dining facilities for 4 on the terrace.  There is a single sofa bed in the living area.

Other:
The apartments are air conditioned, have a direct dial telephone and there are internet and fax facilities at reception.

Cleaning⁄towels etc:
Linen is provided along with cleaning facilities.
