Villa Yasemin is a waterfront villa situated in Bitez Beach, Bodrum.  Uninterrupted views of Bitez beach, Aegean Sea and nearby Greek Island Kos.  Recently built and furnished to a high standard.  Sleeps 8.  3 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 1 twin with the use of double sofa bed in living room.  All rooms are bright and airy with air conditioning.  Large balcony with outdoor seating - perfect setting to take in the sea views.  Large shared swimming pool including children's pool.  Situated directly on the beach with walking access to all facilities.  Villa Yasemin offers an excellent holiday base in a stunning location and property.  A home away from home.
 

A 5% discount available for 2nd week and further discounts for longer rental periods. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Last minute/late bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking.  A refundable damage deposit of £250 is also required.  Changeover day is flexible.  Please contact us should you wish to organise days trips ⁄ tourist attractions as we can put you in contact with a local travel company that offers our guests discount rates.  The property is suitable for all ages including children.  No animals allowed.

The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories you will require including gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cutlery, dinner set and high quality cooking utensils.

Utility Room:
Washing machine is located in the kitchen.

Living Room and dining room:
The villa has a beautifully decorated living and dining room leading to the balcony which provides uninterrupted sea views.  Lounge room has a fire-place, comfortable double sofa bed, TV / DVD and CD player.

Cleaning⁄towels etc:
Towels and linen are provided.  The villa is cleaned once a week for stays exceeding one week.

The Aegean Sea resort town settled in 1,000 B.C and named Halicarnassus, has one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. The town of Bitez has retained its unique peaceful character, has a beautiful sand beach (blue flag status), a wide range of restaurants and is famous for its wind surfing and water sports/boat trips.  Bodrum is only 10 min by car/bus and is full of adventure, history, restaurants, bars and nightlife.
